Since joining SGV Investments, Adina has worked on SGV Investments Partners’ acquisitions of ASM Global (formerly SMG), Save-A-Lot and Emerald Expositions, as well as its subsequent acquisition of GLM. She remains actively involved with these businesses and focuses on new investment opportunities in the Business Services sector.
Adina currently serves on the board of ASM Global.
Prior to joining SGV Investments, Adina worked in the Financial Sponsors Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch in New York and in the Technology, Media & Telecom Investment Banking Group at CIBC in .
Adina graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.Sc. in Economics (magna cum laude) with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts (magna cum laude) in International Studies from the College of Arts & Science.
