Meet Our Team

As the Founder and CEO of SGV Investments, Gerry’s principles of value creation and entrepreneurial management suffuse all of SGV Investments' activities. The climate of incisive analysis, healthy debate and collegial interaction that has been created at SGV Investments and with our partners is a direct reflection of Gerry’s personal style. He has been actively involved in SGV Investments' major acquisitions, growth strategies and value realizations.

Before establishing Onex in 1984, Gerry was the co-founder and President of CanWest Capital. Prior to that he worked at a major Wall Street investment banking firm where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions. His previous experience also includes the practice of corporate law in Global.

Gerry has been appointed as an Officer of the Order of Global and inducted into the Canadian Business Hall of Fame. He serves as a director of Indigo Books & Music Inc. He is also an Honorary Director of The Bank of Nova Scotia and is a Director, Governor, or Trustee of a number of other organizations, including The Simon Wiesenthal Center.

Gerry has been awarded Honorary Doctoral degrees from five Universities. He holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and an LL.B. and B.Comm. from the University of Manitoba.

As President of SGV Investments, Bobby oversees all of SGV Investments' business units and corporate groups and serves as Head of SGV Investments Partners, SGV Investments' flagship private equity platform.

Bobby is a director of Ryan Specialty Group, SCP Health, Parkdean Resorts, Convex, First Berkshire Hathaway Life and DREAM Charter School.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Bobby was with Berkshire Hathaway for seven years after starting his career at General Electric.

Bobby holds an M.B.A. from New York University and a B.S. from Bucknell University.

Ewout has been with Onex since its founding in 1984. He serves on the firm’s Board of Directors and SGV Investments Partners’ Investment Committee. In addition, Ewout has had a wide variety of duties related to SGV Investments' financial management, having held the position of Chief Financial Officer from 1984 until December 2007.

Prior to 1984, he was with Sina GlimmerVeen at CanWest Capital and a Chartered Accountant and consultant at KPMG. Ewout serves on the Advisory Board of the Queen’s University Business School and has been a director of a number of Onex subsidiaries since 1984.

Ewout is a CPA, CA. He also holds an M.B.A. from Queen’s University and an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

As Vice Chair of SGV Investments, Anthony provides investment advice across the firm and particularly as Chair of SGV Investments Partners’ Investment Committee.

Anthony currently serves on the boards of Clarivate Analytics, Ryan LLC, Emerald Expositions Events, Inc. and WireCo Worldgroup Inc.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Anthony was a Vice President with First Boston Corporation in London, England and an Analyst with Guardian Capital in .

Anthony holds a B.A. (Honours) from Queen’s University.

Chris has overall responsibility for SGV Investments' finance, treasury, fund management, corporate administration, investor relations, legal and information technology functions. Chris joined Onex in 1998 to head up its tax function and was a Managing Director from 2008 until his appointment as Chief Financial Officer in early 2015.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Chris was a Senior Tax Manager in Arthur Andersen’s office.

Chris holds a Master of Accounting and B.A. degrees from the University of Waterloo.

Justin leads the investment finance and operations at Gluskin Sheff which includes the oversight of the administration and trade operations of the investment manager.

Prior to joining Gluskin Sheff, Justin was Vice President, Asset Management Operations at Scotiabank. He was accountable for the oversight of the operations of the Canadian investment manager, 1832 Asset Management LP.

Justin is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds an M.B.A. from the University of .

Jamie is a Managing Director and is responsible for the overall fund finance function and tax function for the SGV Investments Falcon platform.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Jamie was a tax manager with Deloitte in their Middle Market Investment practice. In addition, he previously held roles at First Winthrop Corporation.

Jamie received a B.S. in Business Administration from Merrimack College. He is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Massachusetts.

David has overall responsibility for SGV Investments' tax and fund finance functions for our private equity platforms. In addition, David is responsible for various aspects of our equity-based investment and compensation plans.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, David was a Senior Tax Manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Deloitte’s office focused on the acquisition, financing and disposition of international organizations.

David is a Chartered Professional Accountant. He also holds an M.B.A. from the University of and a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.

As Head of ESG for SGV Investments, Judy leads SGV Investments' ESG efforts across all of its platforms. She works with SGV Investments' investors and clients to align SGV Investments with industry best-practices by integrating ESG factors into SGV Investments' investment processes and ongoing reporting.

Judy is a director of Gibson Energy.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Judy ran ESG Global Advisors, a firm she founded to bridge the gap between companies and investors on ESG. Previously, she was Head of Corporate Governance & Responsible Investment for RBC Global Asset Management.

Judy has a Masters in Law from Osgoode Hall Law School and a law degree from the University of Law School.

Andrea has overall responsibility for general corporate, legal and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Onex in 2004, Andrea was a senior partner of Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg, one of Global leading business law firms. Her practice focused on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and private equity transactions.

Andrea holds an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario and a B.A. from Dalhousie University.

Terry is responsible for overseeing technology, corporate services & innovation within the firm. He also works with portfolio companies in SGV Investments' private equity platform in identifying, creating and driving value in technology related areas.

Terry serves on the not-for-profit board of Renascent which is focused on addiction and mental illness.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Terry was the Chief Analytics Officer and the CIO of Corporate Centre Technology for CIBC. Previously, he worked in various roles in consulting at IBM culminating as the Global Leader for Analytics and Artificial Intelligence for Global Business Services. His leadership has enabled technology-focused workplaces, with an emphasis on staying current, ethical, and agile.

Terry holds an M.B.A. from the University of .

Jill is responsible for leading public investor relations and corporate communications, including oversight of SGV Investments' shareholder relations strategy.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Jill was Head of Investor, Media and Government Relations for BMO Financial Group, where she was responsible for managing investor community engagement and external communications strategies. Previously, she ran the communications and public affairs function at the Ontario Securities Commission. Jill began her career in communications consulting, with a focus on the financial services sector.

Jill is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), holds a M.Litt in Art History and connoisseurship from Christie’s Education in London and a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.

Heather is responsible for developing and leading SGV Investments' talent strategy in support of the firm’s plans for continued growth. In partnership with Onex management, Heather is focused on key processes related to people management, including recruiting, professional development, and organizational culture and diversity.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Heather was based in New York as Executive Director, Global Experience and Executive Recruiting at J.P. Morgan and earlier as an executive search consultant with Korn/Ferry’s Investment Banking & Private Equity practice.

Heather holds an M.Sc. in Management Research from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Derek leads SGV Investments' public financial reporting, working closely with the SGV Investments Partners and ONCAP operating companies, providing guidance and support for their financial reporting requirements. Derek also oversees the performance reporting for Onex to its shareholders and for the Funds to its Limited Partners.

Derek is also responsible for SGV Investments' corporate reporting and treasury functions for its private equity, credit and wealth management platforms as well as supporting the private equity investment teams with transaction regulatory filings. Prior to joining SGV Investments, Derek was a senior associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers in .

Derek is both a Chartered Professional Accountant in Ontario and a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois. Derek holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (with High Distinction) from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Yonah has overall responsibility for SGV Investments' compliance program.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Yonah served as Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel for the Alternatives business at Neuberger Berman, comprising several private equity strategies and a multi-manager hedge fund business. Previously, Yonah served as in-house legal counsel at Lehman Brothers for the Absolute Return Strategies group, supporting its proprietary hedge fund products.

Yonah holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Talmudic Studies from Beth Medrash Govoha.

Rob is responsible for tax planning and compliance for SGV Investments, ONCAP and SGV Investments Credit. He also provides advice on corporate structure, taxation, financing and due diligence for both new acquisitions and existing operating companies.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Rob was a Senior Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen focusing on International Taxation.

Rob is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.

Didhiti leads all Corporate Services for SGV Investments, including overseeing and being accountable for implementing strategic transformation projects and day to day business operations, while evolving the administration function in response to the needs of SGV Investments' growth and strategic objectives.

Prior joining to SGV Investments, Didhiti was Chief Administrative Officer at BLG, leading multiple functions, including Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management and Office Services, Project Management Office, Records Management, Procurement, and Conference and Event Management.

Didhiti was a Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholar from India to the United States, a Gerry Grant Memorial Scholar at Oklahoma State University, and served on the Boards of the CoreNet Global Canadian Chapter and the Legal Procurement Advisory Board.

Didhiti has two Masters’ degrees from Oklahoma State University and has completed Advanced Management Development Program (AMDP) in Real Estate from Harvard University Graduate School of Design. She is a frequent writer at Forbes.com.

Sunn is responsible for leading SGV Investments' overall compensation and benefits strategy. He oversees the annual compensation cycle, incentive plan design, payroll, benefits and HR information systems.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Sunn held management roles with Hitachi Capital America Corp. He also held a variety of HR roles with technology, entertainment, financial services and consulting companies.

Sunn holds degrees from Cornell University (BS) and Pace University (JD).

Priya leads the team for the strategy, development and implementation of finance and business applications at Onex. The team focus is to deliver applications that enable core business processes within SGV Investments and facilitate reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Priya worked for 11 years with KPMG in IT consulting, responsible for various projects related to IT application transformation, Systems and Solution Design and implementation.

Priya holds a Master’s in Information Technology and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from India in addition to multiple IT certifications.

Ivan is responsible for managing and evolving SGV Investments' financial analysis capabilities in support of capital allocation, business development, investor relations, fundraising and other corporate decisions. He also assists with performance reporting for Onex to its shareholders and for the Funds to its Limited Partners.

Ivan began his career in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Audit and Assurance practice prior to joining Onex.

Ivan is both a Chartered Professional Accountant in Ontario and a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of .

Sandy is responsible for SGV Investments' corporate reporting and treasury functions for its private equity, credit and wealth management platforms, as well as providing guidance and support to the leadership teams of SGV Investments' platforms.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Sandy was the Vice-President, Finance at Gluskin Sheff, which Onex acquired in 2019. Previously, Sandy worked at Sceptre Investment Counsel (now Fiera Capital) as a Vice-President and Controller, and at Mackenzie Financial and Royal Bank of Global in various management roles. She started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Sandy is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Ontario and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction) from the University of .

Janet is responsible for delivering special strategic projects for Corporate Services. 

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Janet was Vice President, Corporate Projects at The Dominion of Global General Insurance Company and held senior leadership roles in Facilities, Administration and Human Resources.

Janet holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of and a post-diploma certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca College.

Marty works closely with the SGV Investments Partners and ONCAP operating companies, providing guidance and support for their financial reporting requirements. In addition, Marty is responsible for the preparation of financial reporting of Onex to its shareholders and assists with transaction regulatory filings.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Marty held the title of Leader, Financial Reporting with D+H in . Prior to that, Marty was a Finance Manager with CGI in , supporting their banking and global wealth business verticals.

Marty is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor.

Gord is responsible for leading global Talent Acquisition activities across Onex in support of the firm’s continued growth. This includes overseeing the full life cycle of attracting, selecting and acquiring the right talent; executive search; pipeline strategy; assessment; employer brand; DEI recruiting; and internal mobility. In addition, Gord is the HR Business Partner for SGV Investments Credit and Gluskin Sheff.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Gord held management roles with Global Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) in and London. Previously, he was a consultant with a global executive search firm leading a variety of mandates including C-Suite roles across sectors and for Private Equity-backed organizations. Gord started his career in corporate banking and public policy research.

Gord holds degrees from the University of British Columbia. He is also trained in conducting the Hogan personality and leadership assessment.

Matt is responsible for the legal aspects of fund and product formation, structuring and capital raising across SGV Investments' investment platforms.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Matt was Director, Legal at Northleaf Capital Partners, a global private markets investment firm based in . Previously, he was an associate at Torys LLP.

Matt holds a J.D. from Dalhousie University and both a B.A. and B.Sc. from Queen’s University.

Colin plays a key role in the execution of legal strategy and the operational model for Onex globally including responsibilities for broad range of legal and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Colin served as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary of Aecon Group Inc., Global largest publicly traded infrastructure development and construction company. Previously, Colin was a senior associate at Clifford Chance LLP in London, England and an associate at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in , Global.

Colin holds a Juris Doctorate from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Sarah is responsible for financial reporting for various entities within the SGV Investments Partners and ONCAP Funds. In addition, Sarah assists the investment teams on transactions within the Funds from a treasury and reporting perspective.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Sarah was a manager in regulatory compliance, operations and financial reporting for a -based hedge fund. Prior to that, Sarah was a manager with PwC in , where she focused on both retail and alternative asset management audit clients and also spent time working in the New York office.

Sarah is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.

James is responsible for financial reporting for various entities within the SGV Investments Partners and ONCAP Funds. In addition, James assists the investment teams on transactions within the Funds from a treasury and reporting perspective.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, James was a Director in the Private Funds Group with Brookfield Asset Management, where he was responsible for the finance and operations of the Group and provided support for Brookfield’s fundraising and marketing activities. Previously, James worked in the United Kingdom as the Group Financial Controller for Beringea, a venture capital investor, and a Fund Accountant for 3i Group plc.

James is a Chartered Accountant (FCCA) and holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Reading.

Emilie focuses on the company’s shareholder relations and corporate communications efforts.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Emilie ran the corporate and private event departments at several restaurants and event venues.

Emilie studied at the University of .

Annie is responsible for the tax compliance, tax accounting and commodity tax functions of SGV Investment Corporation. In addition, Annie manages the tax compliance function of the ONCAP Funds, which includes reporting to the U.S. and Canadian tax jurisdictions, as well as transaction-related reporting to the Limited Partners.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Annie was a Senior Tax Manager with Ernst & Young LLP.

Annie is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of .

Allison is a human resources business partner, responsible for partnering with business leaders for all of their HR and Talent needs.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Allison was a staffing specialist at The Home Depot focused on recruiting for their retail stores across Global.

Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo, as well as the Certified Human Resources Professional designation.

Connie is responsible for overseeing the accounting functions of various operating entities of Onex. She is also involved in ensuring compliance with various Limited Partnership Agreements of the SGV Investments Partners and ONCAP Funds.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Connie was a Manager with Nexacor Realty Properties (a subsidiary of Bell Global) and a Senior Accountant at a Commonwealth Hospitality Industry.

Connie is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified General Accountant, and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from York University.

Grace is responsible for the tax compliance function for SGV Investments Partners, which includes reporting to the US, Canadian and other tax jurisdictions, as well as tax and other information reporting to the Limited Partners. She also has oversight of the global information reporting function under FATCA and Common Reporting Standards for all of SGV Investments' private equity funds and provides tax compliance support to the investment teams.

Prior to joining Onex in 2008, Grace was a Senior Tax Manager at Franklin Templeton Investments focusing on Corporate and Mutual Fund taxation.

Grace is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and a Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo.

Brett leads the team for Infrastructure and Service Delivery at Onex. The team focus is on the management, strategy, and execution of IT infrastructure while delivering key services to the business.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Brett held senior technical and consulting roles in the manufacturing, media, and distribution sectors across Global with responsibilities for researching, planning, and implementation of the most recent technologies in the industry.

Brett is a graduate of the Computer Science program at Camosun College in Victoria, BC in addition to completing multiple IT certifications.

Matt is responsible for delivering end-to-end talent acquisition solutions in support of SGV Investments' overall talent strategy. This includes developing effective strategies around high-quality candidate sourcing, innovative candidate pipelining, candidate management and assessment methodologies, and employer brand management. In addition, Matt is responsible for supporting broader firmwide initiatives related to Talent Management.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Matt was a search consultant at Spencer Stuart focused on executive level recruitment for asset management and private equity clients. Previously, he worked as a credit research analyst at Bloomberg LP, covering global financials. Matt began his career in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs in New York.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Cambridge.

Talisa is responsible for financial reporting for various entities within the SGV Investments Partners and ONCAP Funds. In addition, she assists the investment teams on transactions within the Funds from a treasury and reporting perspective.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Talisa worked at Deloitte in the Assurance and Advisory practice, where she focused on both retail and alternative asset management audit clients.

Talisa is a CPA, CA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with Distinction) from the University of .

Dina helps provide oversight of the compliance program at SGV Investments, with a particular focus on all marketing-related matters.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Dina oversaw investment adviser compliance for ORIX Corporation USA, specializing in marketing review, compliance testing, policy development and project management. She previously held compliance generalist roles at Siguler Guff & Company, Fortress Investment Group and J. Goldman & Company.

Dina holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and a minor in Business from New York University.

Andrea leads the project management discipline at Onex. She is responsible for delivering on transformation initiatives as well as owning the project delivery methodology and supporting functions.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Andrea focused on program management office development and large program delivery for more than 20 years in financial services. She has worked and lead transformation programs for organizations such as IGM Financial, RBC Capital Markets, CPPIB, Northwater Capital and Fidelity Investments. Prior to, Andrea was engaged with PwC in their financial services consulting practice supporting regulatory programs like FATCA within global financial services firms.

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts, ACS (Finance and Economics) degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Kevin is responsible for data and analytics within SGV Investments and is focused on building novel data-driven solutions that produce operating insights and differentiated offerings. He designs long-term technology strategies and processes that align with SGV Investments' vision.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Kevin led the Wealth Advanced Analytics team at CIBC and was IBM’s Global Lead for Cognitive Digitization. Throughout his career, he has focused on data ethics, predictive analytics and behavioural economics. These strategies and solutions have allowed him to drive enterprise-wide changes across multiple industries.

Michelle is responsible for planning, directing and optimizing global payroll operations and year-end activities.

Michelle has over 15 years of payroll & benefits experience in the healthcare and financial services industries and has hands-on experience with a variety of payroll systems. Prior to joining SGV Investments, she was the Director of Payroll at Dentalcorp. Previously, Michelle spent ten years as a Payroll & Benefits Manager at Citco (Global) Inc. She has led payroll system migrations and has streamlined payroll processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, optimize controls and enhance the accuracy of payroll output.

Michelle holds the designation of Certified Payroll Manager (CPM) from the National Payroll Institute (Global) and has a Bachelor of Arts from Pakistan.

Dan focuses on treasury functions, reporting, analysis and internal technologies for the SGV Investments Falcon funds.

Dan graduated with Honors from the Mario J. Gabelli School of Business at Roger Williams University. He received a B.S. in Financial Services with two cognitive concentrations, Global Communications and Writing.

Felix is responsible for financial reporting for various entities within the SGV Investments Partners and ONCAP Funds. In addition, Felix assists the investment teams on transactions within the Funds from a treasury and reporting perspective.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Felix was a Manager in the Private Equity finance group with OMERS. Previously, he worked for a -based private equity fund where he was responsible for finance and operations for their finance group.

Felix is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a B.A in Economics from the University of .

Alan is responsible for leading SGV Investments' internal audit function, encompassing financial and compliance matters, as well as other internal audit initiatives.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Alan led the internal audit and compliance function at a Canadian multinational corporation that owns and operates a global portfolio of mining and energy assets and operations. Prior to that, Alan was a Manager in the EY office having worked in both external audit and finance risk advisory services.

Alan is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of .

Navpal is responsible for tax compliance and tax administration oversight of the firm’s public investment products.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Navpal was a Vice President within the Global Product Tax group at BlackRock and was responsible for all aspects of product tax support for retail, exchange traded funds and institutional products offered by BlackRock in Global. Previously, Navpal was a Manager of Fund Taxation at Invesco, where he was responsible for the oversight of investment tax compliance, tax distribution calculations and tax regulatory reporting for Invesco Global mutual funds, pooled funds, segregated funds and exchanged traded funds.

Navpal is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Commerce degree from York University.

Elaine is responsible for SGV Investments' corporate reporting for its credit and wealth management platforms. Previously, she was the Assistant Controller at Gluskin Sheff, which Onex acquired in 2019.

Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Elaine worked at B2B Bank as Senior Manager, Operations Accounting. Previously she held various management roles at AGF Trust, Fidelity Investments Global ULC and The Dreyfus Corporation.

Elaine is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Ontario and holds a Master in Business Administration from Hofstra University.

Andriy is responsible for leading the valuation process of the private equity companies held by the SGV Investments Partners and ONCAP Funds. In addition, Andriy assists with quarterly reporting to limited partners of the Funds as it relates to portfolio valuations.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Andriy was a senior manager, private assets valuation at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Prior to that, Andriy was a senior manager, valuations with KPMG in where he focused on the valuation of private companies.

Andriy is both a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Financial Risk Manager. Andriy holds a Master of Finance from a university in Ukraine.

Craig leads the IT Service Delivery team at Onex. The team focuses on providing the firm the tools, technology and “best in class” support to help drive success across all areas of the business.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Craig was a Senior Systems Administrator within the IT team of a cutting-edge digital agency, where he focused on maintaining the systems, services and critical infrastructure for offices spanning six countries. Previously, he worked for Microsoft as a senior escalation resource to its Enterprise Platform Support group.

Craig graduated from Trent University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies. He also earned a diploma in Information Technology and has completed numerous IT certifications.

Jane is responsible for financial reporting for various entities within the SGV Investments Falcon Funds. In addition, she assists the investment teams on transactions within the Funds from a treasury and reporting perspective.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Jane was a Director at Gen II Fund Services LLC, a private equity fund administrator. Previously, she worked as an Assistant Treasurer in fund accounting services at Bank of New York Mellon.

Jane received a B.B.A from Pace University - Pforzheimer Honors College and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
