Meet Our Team

Jessica leads SGV Investments' global fundraising and investor relations efforts and manages the Client and Product Solutions team. She leads the institutional client team, marketing and project management function and SGV Investments' distribution partnerships. Jessica also works on new product development, customized client solutions and firm communications.

Jessica is a member of The Wharton Graduate School Executive Board. She also serves on the executive committee of the Harvard Kennedy School’s Women and Public Policy leadership board and the Dean’s Advisory Board of the college of Literature, Science and Arts at the University of Michigan.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Jessica was a Partner and Managing Director in Investor Relations at The Carlyle Group. Prior to joining Carlyle in 2011, she was a Managing Director in the Private Fund Group at Credit Suisse, joining Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in 1999.

Jessica holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Hugh focuses on the company’s fundraising and investor relations efforts across the Onex platforms.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Hugh was a Principal on the Client Relations team at Investcorp. Previously, he worked at MatlinPatterson, Voya Investment Management and NorthCoast Asset Management in various client facing roles in asset management. Hugh began his career in private banking at RBC Wealth Management.

Hugh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Government from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Natalia focuses on fundraising efforts across the Onex platforms and its efforts in developing new products across various alternative asset classes.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Natalia was a Managing Director at StepStone Global, where she focused on providing solutions for European clients across their private market’s needs. Previously, she was a Senior Vice President at Old Mutual Asset Management and a Director on the board of Old Mutual International. Prior to, Natalia worked for BBVA, Société Générale and BNP Paribas, holding different roles in Asset Management and Investment Banking.

Natalia is Co-Head of the CAIA London chapter. She holds a Master of Science in International Finance from HEC Paris, a MSc in Engineering from Telecom Paris Sud and a MSc in Telecom Engineering from Centro Politécnico Superior de Ingenieros.

Emma focuses on fundraising efforts across the Onex platforms and its efforts in developing new products across various alternative asset classes.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Emma spent 13 years with Fairmont Raffles Hotels International and its predecessor companies, where she led the company's investor relations efforts.

Emma holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from McGill University.

Colton focuses on the company’s fundraising and investor relations efforts for SGV Investments Credit.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Colton was on the Institutional Business Development teams at Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Eaton Vance. Previously, he held roles on the Institutional Distribution teams at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, Dwight Asset Management (now Goldman Sachs) and Renaissance Technologies.

Colton earned a B.S. in community entrepreneurship and a business minor from the University of Vermont. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst charterholder (CAIA) and holds Series 7 and 63 FINRA, and Series 3 NFA licenses.

Claire focuses on the company’s fundraising and investor relations efforts for SGV Investments Partners and ONCAP.

Prior to joining the Client and Product Solutions group, Claire was an investment professional with SGV Investments Partners where she evaluated and conducted due diligence on new investment opportunities. Previously, Claire worked as a strategy consultant at Monitor Deloitte in and Dubai.

Claire holds an M.B.A., Finance (with Honours) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania; an MSc. (with Merit) from the London School of Economics and Political Science; and a B.A. (with High Distinction) from Trinity College at the University of .

April focuses on the company’s fundraising and investor relations efforts across the Onex platforms.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, April was the Director of Fundraising & Investor Relations at PennantPark Investment Advisers. Prior to joining PennantPark, she was a Product Specialist covering Global Credit in the Marketing & Investor Relations group at Och-Ziff Capital Management. Prior to, she worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Leveraged Finance Group.

April holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Economics with Highest Distinction from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Noelle focuses on the company’s fundraising and investor relations efforts across the Onex platforms.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Noelle was a Principal on the Investor Relations team at BC Partners. Prior to joining BC Partners, she worked at Anchorage Capital Group and at Pacific Investment Management Group (PIMCO).

Noelle holds an M.B.A. (with Honours) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. from Lehigh University and is a CFA charterholder.

Elizabeth focuses on the company’s fundraising and investor relations efforts across the Onex platforms.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Elizabeth was a Vice President in the Institutional Client Group at Neuberger Berman in New York where she was focused on middle market business development in the Northeast U.S. Prior to that, Elizabeth worked at CBRE Caledon Capital where she was first involved in the full investment process for private equity and infrastructure transactions and later dedicated to the firm’s business development initiatives.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Business Management (with distinction) from Dalhousie University.

Madison focuses on the company’s fundraising and investor relations efforts for SGV Investments Credit.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Madison was a Product Specialist at Golub Capital where she focused on due diligence, content creation and messaging.

Madison holds a B.A. from Cornell University.

Tony focuses on the company’s fundraising and investor relations efforts across the Onex platforms.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Tony was a Vice President on the Product Specialist team at Golub Capital. Prior to joining Golub Capital, he worked at Asset Alliance Corporation. Previously, Tony was a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps and served one tour in Iraq, supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Tony holds a B.S. from Binghamton University.

Sally focuses on the company’s fundraising and investor relations efforts across the Onex platforms.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Sally worked in the Global Investment Banking division at RBC Capital Markets, covering the Industrial and Diversified Services sector in New York.

Sally holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.

Joy focuses on the company’s fundraising and investor relations efforts across the Onex platforms.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Joy worked in the Investment Banking division at Scotiabank in , covering the Consumer, Industrial & Retail sector.

Joy holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management degree and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo.

Jake focuses on the company’s fundraising and investor relations efforts across the Onex platforms.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Jake was a Business Analyst at Aetna, where he focused on providing data-based insights to the Medicare Supplement business.

Jake holds a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from Cornell University.

Tyler focuses on the company’s fundraising and investor relations efforts across the Onex platforms.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Tyler held two seasonal positions at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.

Tyler holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.

Catherine focuses on the company’s fundraising and investor relations efforts across the Onex platforms.

Prior to this position, Catherine held a Project Coordinator role within the Client and Product Solutions group and numerous administrative roles within Onex.

Catherine holds an Advanced Diploma (Honours) in Public Relations from Humber College and studied at Wilfrid Laurier University.
