Michael is responsible for overseeing the management of the firm and its team. Under his guidance over the past 20 years, ONCAP has grown to more than 20 investment professionals located in and New York.

Michael is a director of several ONCAP companies.

Michael has been in the private equity business for over 25 years. Prior to joining ONCAP, he was Vice-President, Private Equity at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, as well as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at VERSUS Technologies Inc., both in .

He is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and is a CPA, CA.

Greg is responsible for overseeing the management of the firm and its team.

Greg is a director of several ONCAP companies.

Prior to joining ONCAP, Greg was with Scotia Capital Markets in the Investment Banking business unit in , Calgary and Vancouver.

Greg holds a B. Comm. (Honours) from Queen’s University.

Mark is involved in ONCAP’s investment decision-making process, works with certain operating companies and assists with the effort to identify new investment opportunities. Prior to transitioning to Senior Partner in 2020, Mark led a number of transactions across various sectors, including International Language Academy of Global, Wyse Meter Solutions, AutoSource Motors, Tecta America, BSN Sports, CiCis Pizza, Futuremed, Armtec and EnSource.

Prior to joining ONCAP, Mark was a member of the Corporate Finance Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York and previously a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Nesbitt Burns in .

Mark is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a B.A. (Honours) in Economics from Boston College and an M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Aly is responsible for ONCAP’s efforts in the Healthcare and Environmental & Engineering Services sectors. Since joining ONCAP, Aly has worked on the AutoSource Motors and Venanpri Group (previously ITG) transactions. He is also on the board of EnGlobe Corp.

Prior to joining ONCAP, Aly worked at Callisto Capital and the Global Pension Plan Investment Board’s private equity group, both in .

Aly holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Waterloo, an M.B.A. from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and is a CFA charterholder.

Wole is responsible for ONCAP’s efforts in the Consumer Products and Industrials sectors. Since joining ONCAP, Wole has worked on a number of transactions, including Walter Surface Technologies, Laces Group, Mavis Discount Tire, Chatters Global, Bradshaw International, BSN Sports and Caliber Collision Centers.

Prior to joining ONCAP, Wole worked in the Corporate Strategy division of Deloitte Consulting and at OMERS Capital Partners, both in .

Wole holds an Honours in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business (Ivey Scholar) at the University of Western Ontario.

Edmund is responsible for ONCAP’s efforts in the Business Services, Building Products and Food & Beverage sectors. Since joining ONCAP, Edmund has worked on a number of transactions, including Ontivity (formerly Enertech Holdings), Tecta America and PURE Canadian Gaming.

Prior to joining ONCAP, Edmund worked at M/C Partners in Boston, a middle-market private equity firm with $1.2 billion in assets under management. Previously, Edmund worked in the Investment Banking group at Merrill Lynch in .

Edmund received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and graduated with High Distinction from the University of with a Bachelor’s in Commerce and Finance.

Steve focuses on ONCAP’s investment opportunities in the Industrials sector including Advanced Manufacturing, Process Machinery & Equipment and Industrial Electronics. Since joining ONCAP, he has worked on a number of transactions, including Komar Industries, Precision Global, Precision Concepts International (formerly IntraPac), Venanpri Group, Tecta America, Mavis Tire Supply and Davis-Standard.

Prior to joining ONCAP, Steve worked at CIBC Merchant Banking and the Investment Banking division of Genuity, both in .

Steve is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University and a CFA® charterholder. .

Ryan is responsible for ONCAP’s efforts in the Agriculture and Packaging & Plastics sectors. Since joining ONCAP, Ryan has worked on a number of transactions, including Precision Global, Precision Concepts International (formerly IntraPac), Venanpri Group (previously ITG), Bradshaw, Davis-Standard, Pinnacle Renewable Energy, BSN Sports and EnGlobe Corp.

Prior to joining ONCAP, Ryan worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group of Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance in .

Ryan is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Adam is responsible for ONCAP’s investments in the Services sector. Since joining ONCAP, Adam has worked on a number of transactions, including International Language Academy of Global, Wyse Meter Solutions, Chatters Global, Pinnacle Renewable Energy, PURE Canadian Gaming and Cicis Pizza.

Prior to joining ONCAP, Adam worked in the Investment Banking division of UBS in .

Adam holds an Honours in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business (Ivey Scholar) at the University of Western Ontario and is a CFA® charterholder. .

Yonah has overall responsibility for SGV Investments' compliance program.

Prior to joining SGV Investments, Yonah served as Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel for the Alternatives business at Neuberger Berman, comprising several private equity strategies and a multi-manager hedge fund business. Previously, Yonah served as in-house legal counsel at Lehman Brothers for the Absolute Return Strategies group, supporting its proprietary hedge fund products.

Yonah holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Talmudic Studies from Beth Medrash Govoha.

Since joining ONCAP, Stefan has worked on the Hopkins Manufacturing, Bradshaw Home and Laces Group investments and remains actively involved with Hopkins. He continues to evaluate and conduct due diligence on new investment opportunities in the Consumer sector.

Prior to joining ONCAP, Stefan worked in the Investment Banking division of RBC Capital Markets in .

Stefan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours with Distinction) from the University of Manitoba.

Since joining ONCAP, Rene has been actively involved in evaluating potential acquisitions and conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities. He has worked on a number of transactions, including Merrithew International.

Prior to joining ONCAP, Rene worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at RBC Capital Markets in and Montreal.

Rene holds a Bachelor of Commerce (first class honors) in Investment Management from McGill University.

Since joining ONCAP, Jason has worked on the Ontivity (formerly Enertech Holdings), International Language Academy of Global and Precision Concepts International (formerly IntraPac) transactions. He remains actively involved with Enertech Holdings and Precision Concepts International, and continues to evaluate and conduct due diligence on new investment opportunities in the Business Services and Industrials sectors.

Prior to joining ONCAP, Jason worked in the Investment Banking divisions of Canaccord Genuity and J.P. Morgan, both in .

Jason is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Since joining ONCAP, Gietha has worked on the Komar Industries, Ontivity (formerly Enertech Holdings), Walter Surface Technologies, and Precision Global transactions. She remains actively involved with Komar Industries and Walter Surface Technologies, and continues to evaluate and conduct due diligence on new investment opportunities in the Industrials sector.

Prior to joining ONCAP, Gietha worked at DWM Asset Management in the Private Equity group and the Investment Banking division of Evercore, both in New York.

Gietha is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Since joining ONCAP, Giancarlo has been actively involved in evaluating potential acquisitions and conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities.

Prior to joining ONCAP, Giancarlo worked in the Investment Banking division of Union Square Advisors in San Francisco.

Giancarlo holds an Honours in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business (with Distinction, Ivey Scholar) and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Media, Information and Technoculture (with Distinction) from the University of Western Ontario.

Since joining ONCAP, Dante has been actively involved in evaluating potential acquisitions and conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities.

Prior to joining ONCAP, Dante worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at RBC Capital Markets in .

Prior to joining ONCAP, Mathilde worked in the Investment Banking Division at Scotiabank in Vancouver.

Mathilde holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Honours) from the University of British Columbia.

Prior to joining ONCAP, Michael worked at TD Securities in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Diversified Industries groups in .

Michael holds an Honours in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business (With Distinction) at the University of Western Ontario.

Allison is responsible for planning and overseeing a variety of projects for ONCAP. She works actively across the Onex group on a number of important initiatives to promote ONCAP's efficiency and effectiveness.

Prior to taking on this for ONCAP, Allison held an administrative role for eight years within ONCAP and Onex.

Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Brunswick and a certificate in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University.
